Dear Friends:

In celebration of National Coming Out Day, we invite you to our Big Night Out Gala on Saturday, October 14, 2017. This year’s event will be held at the Italian Community Center and will include silent and live auctions, a fabulous dinner, and performances.

Last year, the Big Night Out Gala attracted nearly 600 guests and raised more than $120,000 to support all the essential services provided by the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center. With your support, we can make an even bigger impact in the lives of LGBTQ people and continue to improve the quality of life for all of us.

Today, we invite you to partner with us for this fantastic opportunity. When you become a sponsor, we will work with your company to generate community exposure and marketing opportunities through our website, social media, and traditional event presence.

The enclosed packet outlines the available partnership opportunities ranging from table sponsorships of $2,500 to $20,000. Not seeing an opportunity that suits your company perfectly? Please let us know! We can customize any opportunity – just contact us with your ideas.

If you have any questions, please contact me at 414.292.3060. I look forward to speaking with you about your participation in the 2017 Big Night Out Gala. Thank you again for your support. It is greatly appreciated.

Karen Gotzler
